Colindale is a suburban development set in the London Borough of Barnet. The region was originally a significant industrial hub in early 1900s due to its cheap land prices and good connectivity through the railways. However, when the underground trains or tube reached Colindale in 1924, the area started to develop as a suburb.

Colindale is now mostly a residential area which features several semi-detached houses with lovely front gardens, typically belonging to the 1930s style of architecture.
