With great views of the Thames on its southern border and easy access to the M4 tech corridor on its northern fringes, Brentford is an attractive rental option for City professionals. Riverside pubs, thriving high street shops and convenient transport links ensure that residents enjoy the type of modern urban lifestyle that makes London so attractive. Modern developments are concentrated around the Thames Path with Kew Bridge and Kew Bridge West being of particular interest. Both have on-site amenities like private gyms, convenience stores and landscaped gardens and both are near to the overground railway route into London.

The apartments in the GWQ development are situated on Brentford's "Golden Mile", a series of redeveloped Art Deco buildings that were previously used for light industry. Positioned further inland, GWQ might not provide river views but it's proximity to the M4 make getaways to the Cotswolds simplicity itself. Brentford is a short journey away from the café culture of Chiswick and the chic retail outlets of Richmond and also has its own slice of English gentility in the form of Syon Park with its own stately home and gardens.

Getting into London is a simple matter of catching the overground service from either Brentford or Kew Bridge stations which are on the same Waterloo bound route. Journeys take less than half an hour and most of the Zone 1 Tube stations are easily reached from there. Alternatively, there is a regular service on the Piccadilly Line that runs from Heathrow Airport into the West End. This route can be accessed from either Boston Manor or Chiswick Park stations.
